How does the bi-annual maintenance plans work?
After purchasing a plan you will receive a phone call this way we can plug you into our bi-annual schedule. It's that easy!
We will reach out to you the day before to let you know we will make it out to your dock. Don't worry we will take care of everything from here on out.
You will then receive a maintenance report and with any concerns or repairs you may need worked on your dock and lift.
Membership Expires: 1 Year after purchase or after two preventive services.
Are Seawall & Dock inspections included?
Yes, every maintenance program holder receives one Seawall & Dock inspection report per-year. Think the future if you decide to sell your property this is a great advantage.
Why should you choose a maintenance plan?
The Lifts we install have a 10 year warranty. In order to keep your warranty valid and in good standing you will need to maintain your boat lift. Twice a year is the standard maintenance option.
Do you customize maintenance programs?
Each service is personally tailored to your dock & lift. If you don't see a plan suitable for your residential or commercial property don't hesitate to give us a shout.
